General;

• By purchasing a product or making a booking you are providing ProHides with your contact details as may be used in relation to our privacy policy

• All bookings must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• All events take place on Eastbrook Farm, an organic working farm in Wiltshire, UK, unless otherwise stated.

• On arrival, health and safety information will be provided by us and must be adhered to by yourself during your visit

• When moving around the farm suitable footwear and clothing must be worn.

• ProHides will not be held responsible for the following;

  • Personal accident or injury

  • Loss/damage to personal equipment

  • Loss of personal earnings

 

Hide Bookings;

• Your booking entitles you to the use of one space in your selected hide on the date of your choice for the period of time outlined on the booking page. Hide bookings can be made at any time of day and at times another customer may join you during your session as the hides are designed to hold more than one person.

• Cancelling/altering your booking is only possible with at least 72 hours written notice - please use our contact us form

• During your visit you will be transported to the hide, shown the surrounding areas and given a brief overview of what to expect. You will then be left (unless you have booked accompanying tuition) until the end of your session to be collected

• All photography must take place from within the hide and you must not leave the hide until assisted by your host

• Wildlife is unpredictable and as such no guarantee can be offered on sightings. All our hides are set up to attract a range of wildlife but if you have a specific requirement please let us know beforehand so we can advise of suitability. We will not offer refunds, or rebookings in the event of a specific species not being seen.

• Weather - The hides are open in all weather but if an "Amber" weather warning, or above, is issued by the met office for your day of booking we will contact you to discuss the situation and you will have the option to make alternative arrangements.

• If you wish to leave your booking early you must inform us as soon as you are aware so arrangements can be made. A mobile number will be provided on the day of your booking.

• The use of bird callers or additional baits is strictly forbidden

• All our hides are non-smoking

• Food and drink may be consumed in our hides but we ask that you are conscious of noisy packaging and strong odours to reduce the impact on the local wildlife.

• If any of the above terms are broken you will be asked to leave the farm and escorted from the premises and no refund will be made.

 

Courses and Workshops;

• You will ensure you are wearing suitable clothing/footwear for your course

• Tea / Coffee are provided throughout the day but lunches must be brought with you or may be purchased on the day from the Royal Oak.

• In the event that the date of the course is changed or the course is cancelled due to an event outside our control you will be informed as soon as possible (and we will use all reasonable endeavours to give you at least 24 hours' notice) prior to the scheduled commencement date for the Course and you will be entitled to either:

  • (i) a full refund of the fees paid to us

  • (ii) attend the Course on the alternative date suggested by us except in extreme cases where it is no longer possible to provide the Course.

Tuition; 

• Tuition will take place in the best available location on the farm for your requirements

• Requirements for your booking will be discussed directly at least 72 hours before your session
